Participation in Mashex Moscow 2015 Exhibition

At the end of October “NPO “Gidrosistemy” company took part in 18th International exhibition of equipment for metal shapes, pipes, sheet metal working and metal products manufacturing Mashex Moscow 2015. The participants of Crocus Expo Exhibition Hall highly appreciated our company’s stand and also provided our engineers with non-standard technical tasks.

During the exhibition our company demonstrated the latest projects in hydraulics among which are the multichannel hydraulic connector (rotary union). The rotary union is intended for transfer of liquid through several channels during rotation. With the help of the joystick those who wished could test the demonstration stand. The device ensures movement of the platform-labyrinth fixed on the rotary union’s rotating part. In such a way the control of the metal ball in the labyrinth is realized. This fact indicates the high fidelity of the device and makes provision for robotization and automation of the specified process. In spite of the analogous projects in hydraulics our demonstration stand has the indisputable advantages which are the self-control system, low price and rotation without any flow-overs or leakages that raises competitive capacity of the product concerning the import analogues.

Being a distributor of SMC Company a pneumatic stand based on its products was also exhibited. The main peculiarities of the stand are its compact size (all the equipment is placed in a suitcase) and the fact that it was produced completely by our company’s specialists. Moreover the oil coolers range and the demonstration modular hydraulic power unit were exhibited too.

So the participation in the exhibition has a beneficial effect on the net expansion of the potential customers, strengthening ties with partners, while the new non-standard technic tasks show engineering abilities of the company.
